摘　　要：近年来,延安市在奶业方面虽然有了一定进步,但与当前延安建设现代农业示范区和实现统筹城乡发展还有很大差距。通过对延安市奶业现状的分析,针对目前奶业发展存在的问题,提出了相应的发展对策与措施。With the rapid development of social economy, the improvement of residents＂ life,as well as the increasing awareness of nutrition, people＇s demand for milk increases gradually. In recent years, although the dairy industry in Yah＇an city has made certain progress, there is still a large gap between relatively lagging development and building a modern agriculture demonstration area and realizing the coordination of urban and rural development currently. By analyzing the present situation and the concerning problems of dairy industry in Yan＇an city, the corresponding countermeasures for development were put forward.
