摘 要:试验优选了益髓通经方中总生物碱的提取方法和最佳提取工艺。以总生物碱的提取率为考核指标,采用单因素试验法确定其提取方法,采用正交试验法优化其最佳提取工艺。结果表明,方中总生物碱的最佳提取工艺为:采用乙醇回流提取法,药材加12倍量50%的乙醇提取三次,每次2 h。该提取工艺操作简单,稳定性好,适合于工业化生产。The extraction method and process for total alkaloids in a herb mixture named Yisuitongjing were optimized in this paper. With the content of total alkaloids as indexes, the extraction method was optimized by single factor experiment and the extraction process was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The highest extraction yield of total alkaloids were reached when using ethanol as reflux extraction regent and adding 50% ethanol solution for twelve times with extracting time 2.0 h. The extraction process was simple and reasonable, suitable for industrial production.
