孵化网络对孵化器多维绩效影响的实证研究

摘　　要：笔者首先从微观视角剖析孵化器内部网络结点构成,分析各网络结点间的微观结构特征;并对孵化器绩效进行维度划分,构建孵化网络对孵化器多维绩效的影响机理模型;最后通过问卷收集数据,对所提模型进行验证。研究成果对进一步剖析孵化器网络理论及提高孵化器各维度绩效具有一定的参考和借鉴意义。This paper dissected the internal network nodes constitute of business incubators from the micro-perspective,analyzed the microscopic features of the relationship between the various network nodes;then divided dimension of the incubator performance,built the model of the action mechanism of microscopic features incubator network of incubator performance.Finally,it collected data through the questionnaire,validated the proposed model.The result of this study has some reference and reference to further analyze the technology business incubators network theory and enhance the performance of incubator.
