摘　　要：紧密结合时代与社会发展需要,基于人权观、平等观和民主观,立足于特殊儿童实际状况,通过教育调查、教育实验等实证研究,对K县50所小学1 100余名特殊儿童的认知水平进行诊断,旨在描述与分析义务教育小学阶段不同受教育个体之间均衡发展状况与差异。同时,提出一些有针对性的教育对策,切实推进我国基础教育的发展与完善。Combining with the times and the needs of social development,based on the concept of human rights,equality and democracy,based on the special children＇s actual situation,through the investigation of education,education experiment research on K County primary school,50 more than 1100 special children＇s cognitive level for diagnosis,aims to describe and analyze compulsory education in different stages of primary school education balanced development and differences between individual.At the same time,put forward some specific countermeasures for education,in order to promote the development of basic education in our country and perfection.
