图书馆“以人为本”的两个问题再思考

摘　　要：图书馆应该树立"人的发展引导图书馆发展、图书馆发展制约人的发展、图书馆发展的实质是人的发展"的观点。"以人为本"应该是人的目的性和图书馆服务所采用的手段、方法的统一,二者不可偏废;"以人为本"和"以书为本"是对立统一的,图书馆在服务实践中应把二者同时统一起来;把二者截然对立起来的观点或做法歪曲了主体和客体相互依赖、辨证统一的关系。图书馆应该实现从"权力本位"到"权利本位"的转变。Libraries should set the viewpoint of ＂the library development is led by the human development, the library development restricts the human development, the essence of the library development is the human development＂. The ＂human-oriented＂ should be the unification of the human purpose and means and methods of library services, neither could be neglected; the ＂human-oriented＂ and the＂ book-oriented＂ are a unity of opposites, libraries should unify these two points in its service practice; the opinion or the practice that opposes both of them diametrically distorts the relation that the subject and the object are interdependent and dialectical unitive. Libraries should achieve the transform from the ＂power standard＂ to the ＂right standard＂.
