摘  要:[方法]吡唑醚菌酯属甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,具有优良的生物活性,以邻硝基甲苯和对氯苯胺为起始原料,经重氮化、环合、氧化、溴化、缩合、还原、酰化、甲基化等工艺制备吡唑醚菌酯。[结论]以对氯苯胺计总收率大于55%,产品纯度大于95%。该工艺具有生产成本低、操作简便和易于工业化生产等特点。吡唑醚菌酯对小麦赤霉病和水稻纹枯病具有优良离体活性。Pyraclostrobin is a strobilurin fungicide with excellent biological activties. A preparation method of pyraclostrobin was described by using o-nitrotoluene and p-chloroaniline as raw materials including diazotization, cyclization, oxidation, bromination, condensation, reduction, acetylation and methylation. [Conclusions] The total yield was more than 55% based on p-chloroaniline, and the purity was higher than 95%. This process was easy to be industrialized with lower cost. Pyraclostrobin have a good fungicidal activity in vitro against wheat scab (Gibberella zeae) and rice sheath blight disease(Rhizoctonia solani).
