摘  要:[目的]探求40%氟硅唑乳油对白术白绢病菌的抑制机制。[方法]以白术白绢病菌为供试菌,研究该药剂对白术白绢病菌菌丝生长及菌体可溶性蛋白、还原糖、几丁质酶、几丁糖含量的影响。[结果]药剂处理后,白术白绢病菌菌丝严重枯萎变形、内含物渗漏等现象出现;处理24 h,发现菌体可溶性蛋白、还原糖、几丁质酶、几丁糖含量短期内上升随后下降,但随时间变化趋势不同,基本上均高于对照组。[结论]该药剂能够破坏白术白绢病菌细胞的完整性,抑制白术白绢病菌生长。[Aims] The mechanism of flusilazole 40% EC against Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc. of Atractylodes macrocephala was studied. [Mothods] S. rolfsii Sacc. was treated with flusilazole 40% EC, then the hypha growth, soluble protein, reducing sugar, chitinase and chitosan of S. rolfsii Sacc. were determined. [Results] The results showed that the hyphal was withered, deformed seriously and the hyphal cell inclusions leakage constantly. Then the contents of soluble protein, reducing sugar, chitinase and chitosan increased initially and then decline in the short term after 24 h, although the contents trends changed with time, the results of treatment groups were higher than that of control group. [Conclusions] The medicament could destroy the integrity of the S. rolfsii Sacc. cell of A. macrocephala koidz, and constrain the growth ofS. rolfsii Sacc.
