摘 要:[目的]筛选噻嗪酮防治桑白蚧的最佳施药方案。[方法]室内检测噻嗪酮对1、2龄雌虫的防效,田间调查施药方案的防效,检测噻嗪酮残留量。[结果]室内噻嗪酮125-1 000 mg a.i./L对1龄若虫的防效为90.6%-98.6%,2龄若虫的防效为41.4%-87.9%。田间喷施500 mg a.i./L噻嗪酮,在第1代若虫期喷施1次,果实防效为62.2%-70.2%,残留0-0.01 mg/kg,连续喷施2次,防效88.4%-90.3%,残留0.108-0.177 mg/kg。第2代若虫期喷施1次,防效为38.6%-66.5%,残留0.053-0.082 mg/kg。第1代、第2代若虫期各喷施1次,防效为83.5%-93.0%,残留0.389-0.736 mg/kg。[结论]田间在1龄若虫盛发期喷施500 mg a.i./L噻嗪酮1-2次可有效控制桑白蚧在果实上的危害,果实农药残留量0-0.177 mg/kg。[Aims] The paper is to investigate the optimal application method of buprofezin for control of white peach scale (Pseudaulacaspis pentagona) on ldwifruit(Actinidia chinensis var 'Hongyang'). [Methods] The effect of buprofezin on 1" and 2"d instar of P. pentagona in laboratory was evaluated, the effect of the different application program of buprofezin to P. pentagona in field were also investigated, both to test the fruit residue at harvest. [Results] Treatmnet of buprofezin (125 to 1 000 mg a.i./L) has highly effective on 1" instars of P pentagona, which gave 90.6-98.6% control. Mortality was lower at the same rates as 2~ instar, ranging from 41.4 to 87.9% in laboratory. Buprofezin 500 mg a.i./L was applied in filed on 1" generation crawlers period, control effect of application once was 62.2-70.2%, leaving a residue of 0 to 0.01 mg/kg on the fruit, and effect of applications twice was 88.4-90.3%, residues were 0.108-0.177 mg/kg. Application once on 2^rd generation crawlers period, the effect was 38.6-66.5%, and residue was 0.053-0.082 mg/kg. Applications twice on 1^st and 2^rd generation crawlers period, effect was 83.5-93.0% with residue of 0.389-0.736 mg/kg. [Conclusions] Buprofezin was sprayed 1-2 times at 500 mg a.i./L in the peak period from the first generation can effectively control Pseudaulacaspis pentagona protecting the fruit from scales infection. Residues on fruit (0-0.177 mg/kg ) was acceptable.
