摘  要:[目的]筛选出对压砂地甜瓜白粉病防效较好的杀菌剂,为安全、高效防治甜瓜白粉病提供科学依据。[方法]采用"DMRT"法进行方差分析,并用邓肯氏新复极差法检验差异显著性。[结果]在第2次施药后7 d,25%三唑酮WP 105 g a.i./hm2、70%代森锰锌WP 2100 g a.i./hm2、30%醚菌酯.啶酰菌胺SC 202.5 g a.i./hm2、50%醚菌酯DF 150 g a.i./hm2、40%氟硅唑EC 48 g a.i./hm2、50%硫磺SC 750 g a.i./hm2的防治效果分别40.01%、74.76%、81.99%、75.43%、43.58%和72.55%。[结论]70%代森锰锌WP 2100 g a.i./hm2、30%醚菌酯.啶酰菌胺SC 202.5 g a.i./hm2、50%醚菌酯DF 150 g a.i./hm2、50%硫磺SC 750 g a.i./hm2对甜瓜白粉病均防效良好,且对甜瓜安全无药害,可以用来防治甜瓜白粉病,交替使用。[Aims] The purpose of this research was to screen out effective fungicides with good safety to provide evidences for scientific basis for the control of melon powdery mildew. [Methods] "DMRT" method was used to analyze variance and Duncan-style with new multiple range to test the significance of differences. [Results] The results showed that the efficacy of triadimefon 25% WP at 105 g a.i./ha, mancozeb 70% WP at 2100 g a.i./ha, kresoxim-methyl boscalid 30% SC at 202.5 g a.i./ha, kresoxim-methyl 50% DF at 150 g a.i./ha; flusilazole 40% EC at 48 g a.i./ha; sulfur 50% SC at 750 g a.i./ha were 40.01, 74.76, 81.99, 75.43, 43.58 and 72.55%, respectively, after 7 days of twice treatments. [Conclusions] Mancozeb 70% WP at 2100 g a.i./ha, kresoxim-methyl boscalid 30% SC at 202.5 g a.i./ha, kresoximmethyl 50% DF at 150 g a.i./ha and sulfur 50% SC at 750 g a.i./ha have better control effects, both safe to melon in the range of experiment fungicide dosages and no chemical injury was observed. All of them can be used to control melon powdery mildew and used alternatively.
