摘  要:[目的]探索仁用杏叶片提取液对8种杂草的抑制效果。[方法]采用室内生物测定的方法,研究了仁用杏叶片提取液对禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草的化感综合效应。[结果]仁用杏叶片提取液对禾本科杂草及阔叶杂草均有一定抑制作用,随着提取液质量浓度升高,对禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用逐渐增大,对根长的抑制作用大于种子萌发率、苗高和鲜质量指标。提取液质量浓度为200 g/L时,对禾本科杂草化感综合效应SE达到-0.13--0.21,对阔叶杂草的SE达到-0.25-0.38,阔叶杂草比禾本科杂草敏感。[Aims] The aim of the research was to explore the inhibition on 8 types of weeds of aqueous extracts from kernel apricot leaves. [Methods] The effects of the allelopathy of aqueous extracts from kernel apricot leaves on seed germination and seedling growth of 8 types of weeds were checked by indoor experiment. [Results] The aqueous extracts from kernel apricot leaves had obvious inhibitory effects on those grass and broadleaves weeds. The inhibitory effects of seeds germination, root length, seedling length and the fresh weight of root and seedling decreased with increasing of kernel apricot leaves contents of aqueous extracts. When the tested concentration was 200 g/L, the integrated allelopathy of aqueous extracts on grass weed and broadleaves weed was -0.13 - -0.21 and -0.25-0.38, separately. By synthetically effect, broadleaves weed was more sensitive to aqueous extracts from kernel apricot leaves than grass weed.
