摘　　要：目的探讨原发性骨淋巴瘤（PLB）影像学表现特征,提高影像医师对该病的认识.方法回顾性复习4例经手术病理证实的PLB,对其临床、影像学表现特征及病理进行回顾性分析.结果4例均为弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤,影像学上均表现为局灶性溶骨性骨质破坏,境界不清楚,可伴有软组织肿胀或肿块.结论 PLB为少见病种,其中以弥漫性大B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤多见,因其临床及影像学表现缺乏特异性故易导致误诊,最终需依靠病理学确诊.Objective To evaluate the imaging characteristics of primary lymphoma of bone（PLB）.Methods We retrospectively reviewed records in 4 patients with histopathologically and immunohistochemically proven primary malignant lymphoma of bone.The clinical,pathologic,and imaging features were retrospectively reviewed and correlated in these 4 patients.Results The patients were diagnosed as non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma via biopsy of local lesion.Imaging features showed focal osteolytic destruction,the edge is not clear,and it may be associated with soft tissue swelling.Conclusion PLB are rare tumor.Most cases of PLB are divided as diffuse large B-cell lymphomas（DLBCL） in the WHO classification of hematological malignancies.The diagnosis of PLB with imaging are too difficult for radiologist because none of the findings are pathognomonic,it depends on histological diagnosis.
