摘　　要：太阳能电池单晶制绒与酸洗连体设备主要为了单晶制绒后再进行酸洗而设计的关键设备,可提供多种清洗工艺的选择。通过对单晶制绒后再进行酸洗的关键部件的设计,解决了由于制绒后再酸洗溶液挥发性对设备的腐蚀问题,在太阳能光伏领域中得到了广泛的应用,取得了极大的社会经济效益。Solar cell system of single crystal flocking and pickling Siamese equipment is mainly made to single crystal after pickling and design of key equipment,can provide a variety of cleaning process to choose.Pickling of the reentry after pile based on the single crystal system design,key components of the velvet solved due to the system again after acid pickling solution volatile corrosion problems of equipment,widely used in the field of solar photovoltaic and achieved great social and economic benefits.
