摘 要:目的探讨股骨近端骨质疏松局部治疗的有效方法。方法采用经皮穿刺注射技术将可注射硫酸钙植入骨质疏松实验大鼠股骨近端,对侧做自身对照,对双侧股骨近端行Micro-CT骨组织形态计量学、双能X线骨密度及生物力学强度测定。结果术后12周实验侧相对骨体积、骨小梁宽度和骨小梁数量显著高于对照侧,骨小梁分离度显著小于对照侧。术后0、4、12周实验侧股骨近端骨密度较对照侧明显增加。术后0、4、12周实验侧股骨近端生物力学强度参数(极限载荷、屈服载荷和刚度)较对照侧明显增加。结论经皮穿刺植入硫酸钙,可快速有效修复骨质疏松大鼠股骨近端骨组织形态结构,增加骨密度及生物力学强度,为临床治疗股骨近端骨质疏松提供了一种局部疗法。Objective To study the effective local treatment method to osteoporosis of proximal femur. Methods Injectable calcium sulphate was injected percutaneously into one side of proximal femur of osteoporotic rats with the other side as control. Then Micro-CT bone histomorphometric measurement, bone density determination with dual energy X-ray absorptiometry and biomechanical strength parameters measurement were performed. Results Percentage of bone volume/tissue volume, thickness of bone trabecula and tra- becular number of experimental sides were significantly larger than that of control sides 12 weeks after injection, while trabecular separation was significantly smaller than that of control sides. Moreover, 0, 4 and 12 weeks after injection, the bone mineral densi- ty of experimental sides was larger than that of control sides, and so were the biomechanical strength parameters ( maximal load, yield load and stiffness). Conclusion Percutaneous implantation of injectable calcium sulphate can rapidly and effectively repair bone histomorphometry, and increase bone mineral density and biomechanical strength of proximal osteoporotic femora of rats. It may provide a new local treatment for proximal osteoporotic femur.
