摘  要:目的探索连续被动运动(CPM)对膝关节深度烧伤后的治疗效果。方法将40例膝关节深度烧伤患者分为治疗组(25例)和对照组(15例)。在常规治疗情况下,治疗组患者于手术后5 d开始进行CPM锻炼。观察出院时膝关节活动情况。结果治疗组患者膝关节活动明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在膝关节深度烧伤治疗过程中使用CPM机治疗,有利于膝关节功能康复。Objective To explore the efficacy of continuous passive motion (CPM) on the treatment of knee deep bums. Methods Forty patients with knee deep bums were randomly divided into two groups, i.e. trial group ( n = 25 ) and control group ( n = 15 ). CPM was performed after five days' routine treatment. The motion of knee joint was then evaluated when they healed and left the hospital. Results The motion of knee joint was significantly better in the trial group than in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion CPM can promote the motion of knee, so it is an efficient method to the treatment of knee deep burns.
