摘　　要：选取国外图书馆学四种主要期刊:《文献资料工作杂志》、《图书馆趋势》、《图书馆季刊》、《图书馆管理》,并对其进行详细分析,提出2011-2012年国外图书馆学研究前沿与热点问题,为我国图书馆学研究和图书馆事业的发展提供参考借鉴。Four major library science periodicals abroad（Journal of Documentation,Library Trends,Library Quarterly,Library Management） are chosen to be analyzed.Through a detailed literature review,the research fronts and hotspots of library science abroad of 2011-2012 are presented,in order to provide some references for the research of library science and the development of librarianship in China.
