摘 要:挖掘机工作装置铰接副作为工作机构的重要连接部件,直接影响设备工作的稳定性。对使用过程中挖掘机工作装置铰接副之间的配合可能产生的问题作定性的分析,并提出相关的影响因素。结合实际经验和理论知识,针对挖掘机工作装置铰接处轴套配合量设计过程中,出现的因配合部件选材、结构尺寸调整等因素而引起的轴套公差选择不合理等问题,对轴套与轴座的过盈量,以及轴套与轴的配合间隙的设计计算公式进行推导,并给出一般性选取原则。An analysis of bushing fit clearance for the excavator. The articulation pair in attachment of the excavator is a key connection component in the operational mechanism that would affect directly the equipment's stability and economy, etc. therefore, we definitely analyzed troubles happened during a work cycle of the excavator while focusing on coordination of the articulation pair before summing up and putting forth relevant affecting factors. In consideration with actual experiences and theoretical knowledge we have derived design and computation formulas about magnitude of interference and mating clearance in the shaft-and-sleeve coordination beside the material selected and structural dimensions adjustments along with their non-logic selection of tolerance for the shaft-sleeve fitting, etc. And then, we gave out a general principle for data options.
