摘　　要：针对塔式起重机存在的作业安全问题,从产品设计、安全监控技术发展趋势等方面进行探讨,指出应在塔式起重机的设计环节加强安全性设计,减少安全隐患;阐述塔式起重机安全监控系统的国内外发展现状,总结发展趋势和方向。参照行业标准对在用超龄塔机安全评估检测关键项目进行总结并提出建议,为塔式起重机产品的设计者选择相对安全的设计方案,以及建筑生产监督者、管理者和操作者选择科学适用的塔机安检方案提供参考依据。How to estimate and test overage tower cranes for safety factors. On view of safety problems existing in the tower crane we should investigate into the case and point out that we have to emphasize on safety design of the tower crane among many other design links so as to minimize potential troubles, which is investigated into from aspects of product design, safety monitoring techniques and their developing tendency. The text goes further to describe how the crane's safety monitoring system is developing both inside and outside China, while summing up its development heading and direction. And then, we summed up this subject and put forth suggestions According to the crane industry's specifications concerning safety estimation and tests on critical items of the overage tower crane, thus providing a reference and basis for the coming designers, as well as the building contractors, supervisors, managers, and operators concerning the tower crane's safety inspection programs.
