摘 要:目的了解南京市2012年开展哨点监测的单位放射场所防护和放射设备影像质量现状,个人剂量监测情况及人员健康状况。方法根据国家放射卫生防护相关标准,开展工作场所和设备的防护及影像质量监测;采用热释光法测定个人剂量;按照国家标准对放射工作人员进行健康检查。结果放射工作场所防护均符合国家相关标准,医院放射诊疗设备和影像质量控制均符合国家相关标准的要求。人均年有效剂量为0.25 mSv,个人剂量监测合格率为86%,眼晶体混浊率为44%,血常规异常率为4%,职业健康证明发证率为25.7%。结论南京市哨点监测单位放射工作人员防护条件是符合国家要求的,工作环境是安全的,人均年剂量属低剂量水平。但长期小剂量职业照射对人体健康有一定影响,辐射防护工作仍应加强。[Objective]To understand the current situation of protection in radiation workplaces,imaging quality of radiation equipment,personal dose monitoring and workers' health in sentinel surveillance sites in Nanjing City in 2012.[Methods]According to the national radiological protection standards,the protection of workplaces and radiation equipments,and imaging quality were monitored.The thermoluminescence method was applied to determine the personal dose.The workers exposed to radiation received the physical examination based on the national standards.[Results]The protection of radiation workplaces met the related national standards,and the radiation equipments and imaging quality control in hospitals accorded with the national standards.The annual average effective dose equivalent was 0.25 mSv,the qualified rate of personal dose was 86%,the incidence rate of lens opacity was 44%,the abnormal rate of blood routine examination was 4%,and the rate of occupational health certification was 25.7%.[Conclusion]The protection of workers exposed to radiation in sentinel surveillance sites in Nanjing City has met the national standards,the working environment is safe,annual average dose equivalent is maintained at low level.However,the long-term low-dose occupational exposure may impact on human health,so the radiation protection should be strengthened.
