摘　　要：目的了解嘉峪关铁路辖区特种作业人员高血压患病情况及职业因素对其的影响。方法对具有共同特性的3种特种作业人员进行高血压流行病学调查。结果特种作业人员高血压患病率为23.9%,电力工、熔接工和起重工其高血压患病率分别为21.2%、29.7%和21.0%,远高于2002年全国成年人高血压患病率。结论熔接工血压更易受职业因素的影响而波动;特种作业人员高血压患病率随工龄的延长而升高,且各级别高血压检出率也随工龄的延长而增加。提示特种作业人员高血压患病情况严重,受职业因素影响明显,应给予更多的保健和预防。[Objective]To understand the prevalence of hypertension and the effect of occupational factors among special operation workers in Jiayuguan railway area.[Methods]The epidemiological investigation for hypertension was conducted in three special operation groups with similar characteristics.[Results]The prevalence of hypertension among special operation workers was 23.9%.The prevalence of hypertension in electricians,welding workers and lifting workers was respectively 21.2%,29.7% and 21.0%,which were significantly higher than national prevalence of hypertension in adults.[Conclusion]The blood pressure of welding workers is apt to be affected by occupational factors.The prevalence of hypertension among special operation workers increases with the increasing of service lengthen,and the detection rates of different types of hypertension rise with the increasing of service lengthen,too.The situation of hypertension in special operation workers is serious,and it is obviously affected by occupational factors.The comprehensive prevention and control for hypertension should be strengthened.
