戊巴比妥钠的浓度对实验用家兔的影响分析

摘　　要：目的观察1%和3%的戊巴比妥钠静脉麻醉对家兔体温、血压、呼吸、心率、血氧饱和度和血钾、血钠、血氯及尿素氮的影响。方法两组家兔分别用1%和3%的戊巴比妥钠静脉麻醉,分别记录麻醉前和麻醉后5'、10'、20'、30'、45'、60'、80'、100'体温、呼吸频率、平均动脉压和心率的值,分别检测麻醉前和麻醉后100'血钾、血钠、血氯、尿素氮和血氧饱和度的值,检验麻醉前和麻醉后不同时段所观察指标有无显著差异。结果两种浓度的戊巴比妥钠麻醉后,呼吸频率均在5'后显著降低(P<0.05),1%组在80'后恢复,与麻醉前无显著差异(P>0.05),而3%组至100'时仍未恢复。两组体温在麻醉后30'～80'显著降低(P<0.05),100'时恢复与麻醉前无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组的心率、氧饱和度、血钾和血钠麻醉后均显著降低(P<0.05)。两组的平均动脉压、血氯和尿素氮麻醉前后均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 3%的戊巴比妥钠静脉麻醉对家兔的呼吸抑制时间更长,对其他指标的影响两种浓度基本一致。Objective To observe the effect of 1% and 3% pentobarbital sodium on body temperature,breathing frequency,heart rate,blood pressure and SaO2,K＋,Na＋,Cl-,BUN in intravenous anesthesia laboratory rabbits.Methods Two group rabbits were injected respectively with 1% and 3% pentobarbital sodium.All above index were recorded respectively before anesthesia and after anesthesia 5′,10′、20′,30′,45′,60′,80′,100′,and statistical analysis.Results After anesthesia 5′ breathing frequency significant reduced（P0.05） in two groups,but after anesthesia 80′-100′ it＇s no significant different compared with before anesthesia（P 0.05） in 1% concentration group.The body temperature was significant reduced（P 0.05） after anesthesia 30＇-80＇,and it＇s no significant difference（P 0.05） compared with before anesthesia after anesthesia 100＇ in two groups.The heart rate,SaO2,K＋,Na＋were significant reduced（P 0.05） after anesthesia in two groups.And after anesthesia the blood pressure,Cl-,BUN were no significant different（P 0.05） compared with before anesthesia in two groups.Conclusions The period of rabbit ＇s breathing inhibition was more lengthened in intravenous anesthesia laboratory rabbits with 3% pentobarbital sodium.And the effect of pentobarbital sodium on the other index showing no difference between 1% and 3% two concentration.
