摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期系统护理对老年患者髋关节置换术后生活质量提高的影响。方法将2011年1月至2012年1月行髋关节置换术患者80例随机分为系统护理组45例和对照组35例。系统护理组采取系统的围手术期护理,对照组按照常规护理,比较两组术后髋关节功能恢复情况。结果出院后1个月、3个月、6个月、1年髋关节Harris评分系统护理组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对髋关节置换术老年患者进行系统的围手术期护理,可促进髋关节术后功能恢复,减少并发症的发生,提高患者术后生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of systematized nursing on quality of life of aged patients after hip replacement of perioperative.Methods Eighty cases with hip replacement were divided into the systematized nursing group（n=45） and the control group（n=35） randomly.The systematized nursing group underwent systematized nursing of perioperative,the control group were treated with usual care,were compared between the two groups of postoperative functional rehabilitation of hip joint.Results The systematized nursing group scoring higher（P0.05）with Harris hip joint function scoring system at first month,third month,sixth month and first year after discharged.Conclusions Systematized nursing in treatment of aged patients after hip replacement of perioperative can effectively improve the functional rehabilitation of hip joint reducing complication and improve the aged postoperative quality-of-life.
