摘　　要：介绍了ZYWL-6000D型定向钻机给进机构的设计方案的确定,液压系统原理。该定向钻机的给进机构采用导轨滑台式结构,机架导轨摒弃了传统的矩形导轨形式,采用2根平行的圆柱钢连接2个底座的导轨结构,对给进机构重要参数进行了分析与计算,对关键部件进行了有限元分析,并且用成品做了相关的工业性实验,为钻机给进机构提供了一种新型的结构。This paper introduces the design of the feeding mechanism of ZYWL-6000D directional drilling machine,the final selection and the hydraulic system.In the feeding mechanism,table slide guide structure is used in the structure,using two steel shaft parallel to each other,steady and reliable stroke is provided.Some important parameter is calculated,and some important parts are analyzed by ANSYS,also,the product is verified by industrial experimentation.
