摘　　要：目前煤矿广泛应用的立爪式装岩机和挖掘式装岩机,由于固有的结构缺陷,降低了工作效率。螺旋扒斗式装岩机,采用对称截齿螺旋集料,小摆臂扒斗快速扒料,宽铲斗集料的原理,使本机拥有全断面作业,不需主机左右移动、快速、连续装岩的特点,作业效率大幅提高。At present,vertical claw rock loader and mining type rock loader widely used in the coal mine,due to the inherent structure defect,reduce the working efficiency.The design of the spiral scraper type rock loader,adopts the symmetry cutting tooth spiral aggregating,the little arm scraper fast harrowing,and the wide bucket aggregating,so that the loader can work by the full section,do not need to move left or right,and fast and continuously load up.Therefore,working efficiency greatly improve.
