摘　　要：分析了带式输送机断带抓捕器现状及断带原因,重点分析了输送带动特性,即充分考虑输送带的黏弹特性,对整个抓捕机构建模,进而对抓捕器动特性分析,为提高倾斜运输抓捕器运行可靠性,减小抓捕最大动应力提供参考。This paper analyzes the belt conveyor broken belt protector status and off with the reason,focusing on analysis of the conveyor drive characteristic,the conveyor belt viscoelastic properties,the capture mechanism modeling,and the catcher dynamic characteristic analysis,in order to improve the operation reliability of the tilting carriage protector,reducing the maximum dynamic stress of arrest
