摘 要:以PE250×400型颚式破碎机动颚齿板为研究对象,利用三维设计软件SolidWorks对动颚齿板进行了三维实体建模,然后导入到有限元软件ANSYS Workbench中对其进行了固定模态计算,得到了动颚齿板的前6阶固有频率和振型;通过分析表明,动颚齿板的前6阶振型较简单,振动形式比较接近,其振型最大偏移量非常大,其数值也比较接近,基本在0.38 m左右;动颚齿板的前6阶固有频率都很高,而且数值较为接近,所以一般情况下颚式破碎机本身及其周围的振源频率对动颚齿板基本没有影响。With the moving jaw teeth board of PE250×400 jaw crusher as the research object,using the SolidWorks of 3D design software established the 3D model of the moving jaw teeth board,then imported the 3D model into the finite element software ANSYS Workbench,and analyzed its fixed modal,got the first 6 order natural frequency and vibration mode of the moving jaw teeth board the analysis showed that the first 6 order modes of the moving jaw teeth board are simple,the vibration types are also close,its largest mode offset is very large,and its numerical are also close too,about 0.38 m;the first 6 order frequencies of the moving jaw teeth board are very high,and the numerical approaches,so generally the jaw crusher itself and its surrounding excitation source frequency to the moving jaw teeth board basically have no influence.
