摘  要:利用ANSYS软件的Workbench模块建立了液压缸结构模型,并利用有限元法进行了静强度和疲劳分析。得到了液压缸的应力及寿命分布云图,发现支撑处安全系数较低。在此基础上对液压缸进行优化设计,增加液压缸支撑处的倒圆角半径,重新进行有限元分析,仿真结果证明了这种方法可以保证液压缸具有较高的疲劳寿命。In order to study the fatigue strength of hydraulic cylinder,a hydraulic cylinder model is established using Workbench program.Static strength and fatigue finite-element analysis of hydraulic cylinder were conducted.By finite element analysis the stress distribution and life of the hydraulic cylinder were given.The results show that the safety factor of support was lower.Based on this analysis,the optimization design to the hydraulic cylinder is carries on.The support radius of curvature was increased and the model again conducted.The results show that the method can be increase the life of hydraulic cylinder.
