摘　　要：根据单卧轴强制式搅拌机搅拌机理,运用力学理论,通过建立模型,对搅拌机的卸料过程进行受力分析,进而分析了搅拌轴转速对搅拌筒卸料角度的影响。可为强制式搅拌机的卸料机构提供一定的理论依据。Based on mixing mechanism of the single lie axis forced mixer,by use of the mechanical theory and modeling,analyze the mixer discharge process of stress and the stirring shaft speed on the influence of mixing tube discharge angle,which can provide some theoretical basis for forced mixer discharge mechanism.
