摘　　要：离散制造业中装配是最后一道工序,也是最重要的一道工序。在零件库存一定时,合理的装配计划能提高生产效率及准时交货率。急单、缺件是装配计划频繁遇到的非常规问题,将打乱原有的装配计划,影响常规订单的准时交货率。基于齐套理论的装配计划,通过制定合理、灵活的零配件分配策略,可在优先满足急单需求的基础上,提高常规订单的准时交货率。Assembly is the last and most important process in discrete manufacturing.In a certain inventory of parts,reasonable assembly plan can improve production efficiency and on-time delivery rat.Emergency orders,lack of parts are unconventionality problems,will disorganize the quondam assembly plan and influence the on-time delivery rat of the conventional order.Assembly planning based on complete kit method can give priority to the emergency order and improve the on-time delivery rat of conventional orders by formulating reasonable,flexible distribution strategy of parts.
