摘　　要：围绕煤矿上山掘进过程中反映出来提升导向轮安装不合理、容易造成耙斗装载机前移复杂和提升矿车跑车事故的问题,设计适用于井下上山掘进过程用于前移耙斗装载机和提升矿车的人字形导向轮装置,简化了井下安装导向轮的工序,从而避免煤矿上山掘进过程中前移耙斗装载机和提升矿车设备安全事故的发生。Many issues have been reflected during raising tunneling processes in mining industry,including improper installation of raising guiding wheels,instable movement of scraper loader and tramcar accidents.This paper provides a design applied in raising tunneling process,uses a herringbone guiding wheels device to drive scraper loaders and lift tramcars,this method can simplify the installation procedures effectively,thereby avoiding the movements of scraper loader and the accidents of tramcar.
