摘　　要：梭式矿车(简称梭车)等矿上机械大多采用电力进行驱动,均配有封闭的电控箱,以便对电力系统进行管控。电控箱内装的变频器、功率器件、电容器和电阻等在工作时都会产生大量热量。这些发热元件会使电控箱内温度升高。当电控箱内温度超过电控箱中器件工作温度时,不仅使器件易老化损坏、使用寿命缩短,而且电气设备无法正常运行。因此,必须控制电控箱内部温度,保证电控箱内部器件的可靠工作,并根据实际使用情况随时掌握箱体内温度变化,进而进行调节是发展方向。Ore type shuttle car（referred to as the shuttle car） mining machinery mostly uses the power to drive,are equipped with a closed electric control box,so that the power system control.Electric control box,the inverter power device,capacitor and resistor in the work will produce a lot of heat.The heating element can make the high temperature inside the electric box.When the electric control box temperature exceeds the control box installed in the device when the operating temperature,not only makes the device easy to aging and damage,short service life,and can not be the normal operation of electrical equipment.Therefore,we must control box internal temperature,ensures that the electric control box device and reliable work,and according to the actual use to keep track of the box body temperature changes and adjusting is development direction.
