摘　　要：加工贸易对江苏省的经济发展起到了极大的促进作用,本文研究了江苏省加工贸易的现状。基于研究结果,认为制造业基础和劳动力成本与加工贸易升级负相关,外商直接投资对加工贸易升级影响不显著。从而进一步提出促进江苏省加工贸易转型升级的对策。The processing trade has played a great role in promoting the economic development of Jiangsu Province. This paper studies the status of the processing trade in Jiangsu Province, and has an empirical analysis of the upgrading of processing trade in Jiangsu Province based on time series data. The result is： The level of technology and human capital are positively related to the upgrading of the processing trade. Manufacturing base and labor costs are negatively related to the upgrading of processing trade. The impact of foreign direct investment in the upgrading of the processing trade is not significant. Then we proposed countermeasures to promote the upgrading of processing trade in Jiangsu Province.
