摘　　要：目的探索简单易行的肝癌筛查方法。方法利用分光光度计扫描加入细胞前后胶体金/核酸适体体系光谱,通过比较加入细胞前后A660/A520变化大小来筛查肝癌细胞。结果加入肝癌细胞较其他细胞A660/A520的变化大,且体系颜色由红色变成蓝色。结论基于胶体金/核酸适体体系筛查肝癌方法成本低、简单、准确度较好,建议推广应用。Objective To establish a simple method for liver cancer screening. Methods Based on comparison of the before- and-after A660/A520 absorbance variation of adding cells, a spectrophotomer was used for scaning the spectroscopy of system of colloidal gold and aptamer. Results It was found that A660/A520 absorbance variation of adding liver cancer cells was mod- ified more than the other cells. The colour of the system was changed from red to blue. Conclusion It was suggested that the new method, which was inexpensive, simple and accurate for liver cancer screening based on the system of colloidal gold and aptamer, can be applied widely.
