摘  要:目的通过分析昆山市淀山湖镇婴幼儿身长体重变化率,探讨0~36月龄婴幼儿生长发育情况。方法依据儿童保健监测系统,共纳入416例婴幼儿,对身长及体重变化率进行评价。结果 2002-2012年期间出生的男童身长、体重、身长变化率、体重变化率均高于女童(P<0.05)。随着年龄的增加,婴幼儿体重、身长变化率均呈减小的趋势(P<0.001)。时间与性别的交互作用对身长、身长变化率、体重、体重变化率均有影响,时间与出年份的交互作用对身长变化率、体重、体重变化率均有影响(P<0.05)。结论昆山市婴幼儿身长、体重及变化率存在性别差异,随着年龄的增加,婴幼儿体重、身长变化率有减小的趋势。Objective To observe the variation of the height gain rate (HGR) (in centimeter per month) and weight gain rate (WGR) (in kilogram per month) of infants and young children in Dianshanhu Town of Kunshan City, and to assess the growth and development within 0--36 months. Methods A total of 416 children who had physical examination in specified hos- pital enrolled. HGR and WGR were considered as indicants of growth and development of young children. Results Boys who were born between 2002 and 2012, whose body length, body weight, HGR and WGR were all higher than girls who were born in the same period(P〈0.05). HGR and WGR were shown decreased with the children's age increasing(P〈0. 001). Substantial influences on body length, HGR, body weight and WGR were all observed by inter -relations between time at birth and gen-der; meanwhile, substantial influences on HGR, body weight, and WGR were all shown by the inter-relations between time at birth and year at birth (P〈0.05). Conclusion In all, differences were observed for infants of body length, body weight, HGR and WGR, while body weight, body length and HGR were shown in down trend with the increasing of age.
