蒙古族、汉族代谢综合征患者抵抗素水平比较及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨蒙古族、汉族代谢综合征患者抵抗素水平差异及相关因素分析。方法 根据代谢综合征的诊断标准,从健康体检人群中随机抽样选取蒙古族、汉族代谢综合征患者58例,其中蒙古族代谢综合征30例（1组）,汉族代谢综合征28例（2组）。采用放射免疫方法检测血清抵抗素,同时检测身高、体质量、血压、血糖、血脂、血尿酸、瘦素、胰岛素,并计算体质量指数和胰岛素抵抗指数并比较。结果 两组收缩压、瘦素、抵抗素、胰岛素和胰岛素抵抗指数差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。两组年龄、舒张压、体质量指数、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血尿酸和空腹血糖差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）。1组抵抗素水平的升高与血尿酸、收缩压和胰岛素抵抗指数相关（r=0.357、0.427、0.582,均P〈0.05）。结论 蒙古族代谢综合征患者抵抗素水平与血尿酸、收缩压和胰岛素抵抗指数相关,抵抗素在代谢综合征的形成与发展中起重要作用。Objective To explore the differences of resistin level between Mongol and Han population in patients with metabolic syndrome and to analyze its related factors.Methods According to the diagnostic criterion of metabolic syndrome,30 patients with metabolic syndrome in Mongol population （group 1） and 28 patients with metabolic syndrome in Han population（group 2） were randomly selected from health examination population. Radioimmunoassay kit was used to examine the serum resistin level in patients with metabolic syndrome. At the same time,their weight,height,blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid[high density lipoprotein（HDL）,low density lipoprotein（LDL）,total cholesterol（TC）,glycerin three greases（TG）],blood uric acid（UA）,leptin,insulin were measured,and body mass index（BMI） and insulin resistance index（HOMA-IR） were counted and compared.Results There were significant differences in systolic pressure,leptin,resistin,blood insulin and HOMA-IR between the two groups（all P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences in age,diastolic pressure,BMI,HDL,LDL,TG,TC,UA and blood glucose between the two groups（all P〉0.05）.The increase of resistin level in group 1 was associated with UA,systolic pressure and HOMA-IR（r=0.357,0.427,0.582,all P〈0.05）.Conclusion The serum resistin level of patients with metabolic syndrome in Mongol population is correlated with UA,systolic pressure and insulin resistance index,and maybe play an important role in the development of metabolic syndrome.
