摘 要:目的探索非政府组织参与,大学生易于接受并能提高结核病防治知识知晓率的健康教育方法。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,连续2年对3所驻泰安高校大一新生共计2090名,分别开展知识竞赛、专题教育、资料宣传等3种不同形式的结核病防治知识健康教育活动,并在健康教育前、后分别进行问卷调查,用EpiData 3.0建立数据库,用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果健康教育前大一新生结核病防治知识总知晓率低(55.93%),干预前各组间差异无统计学意义;健康教育后总知晓率明显提高(83.12%,P<0.01);知识竞赛组、专题教育组、资料宣传组健康教育前知晓率分别为55.43%、56.13%和56.23%,采取不同的教育措施后,知晓率分别为94.99%、82.38%和71.98%,健康教育前后差异均有统计学意义(χ2分别为2289.69、892.73和294.47,P<0.01),不同健康教育措施差异有统计学意义(χ2=1029.00,P=0.00)。结论政府主导,非政府组织参与,对高校学生开展知识竞赛、专题教育、发放宣传单等是学校结核病健康教育活动的重要手段,可有效提高大学生结核病防治知识知晓率,知识竞赛效果最为明显。Objective To develop a favourite method of TB health education strategy participated with Non-Government Organization(NGO)among freshmen in Tai'an prefecture.Methods 2090 freshmen were investigated in 3 universities,who were selected by using a cluster sampling method,and health education activities were carried out including knowledge contests,special education classes,contributing leaflets and posters in different three groups for two consecutive years.A questionnaire survey was carried out before and after the health education intervention.A database was established by Epi Data 3.0,and input by double inputting.All data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0.Results The general awareness rate of TB knowledge of 2074 freshmen was lower(55.93%)before intervention.The awareness rate of TB knowledge of 2037 freshmen was increased to 83.12% after intervention(P0.01).The rates of TB knowledge in group knowledge contests,special education classes,contributing leaflets and posters were 55.43%,56.13%,56.23% before intervention while 94.99%,82.38%,71.98% after intervention,respectively.There was significant difference before and after intervention(χ2=2289.69,892.73,294.47,P0.01).Conclusion Knowledge contests,special education classes,contributing leaflets and posters which were carried out by Government-led and the NGO were important methods for TB education among students.These activities could improve the awareness rate of TB knowledge and knowledge and contests are most effective.
