我国和欧洲新能源汽车市场准入制度分析

摘　　要：为帮助企业快速了解我国和欧洲新能源汽车市场准入制度,尽快进入中国和欧洲市场,文章分别从管理体系和认证标准等方面,对我国和欧洲新能源汽车市场准入管理制度进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,与欧洲相比,我国的新能源汽车准入管理制度并不落后,有的认证标准甚至还先于欧洲。说明我国在新能源汽车准入管理制度方面已经走出了跟踪效仿欧洲的模式,更注重依据我国新能源汽车研发和示范运行情况进行自主制定。From the aspeets of management systems and product certification standards, this paper briefly compares the market certification system of Chinese and European new energy vehiele, in order to help enterprises understand the certification system and entry into the Chinese and European market as soon as possible. The analysis result shows that compared with Europe, Chinese new energy vehicle market certification system is not backward, and some certification standards even ahead of Europe. This shows that our country has eome out of following the European model in the market certification system of new energy vehicle, more emphasized on Chinese new energy vehicle development and demonstration operation.
