摘　　要：品质目标管理是车辆开发过程管理的一部分项目,其目的是通过尺寸管理方法保证车辆开发初期设定的品质目标。文章从尺寸管理方法、车辆开发思路及公差管理等方面对尺寸管理进行了系统说明,使产品和工艺得到了有效控制,确保产品满足品质目标的要求。通过系统化的尺寸管理,可以确保车辆品质,对新车型的开发具有一定的指导意义。The product quality dimension management is one part of management items in the phase of vehicle development, the aim is to ensure that the dimension quality reaches the desired value at the initial developing phase. This paper makes illustration from dimension management method, developing ideas and tolerance management, allowing product quality and processing to improving, therefore the product quality meets the target demands. Realizing dimension management systematically can ensure vehicle quality control and it plays a guiding role for developing new model vehicle.
