摘  要:结晶系统过饱和度的测量是结晶动力学研究的前提,为了得到D-泛解酸内酯结晶过程的浓度(过饱和度)测量的有效方法。结合实验条件,分别采用压差法、密度法、光谱法测量溶液的溶度并与通过干燥方法得到的溶液浓度进行对比,结果表明:采用光谱法的测量精确度较高,但由于密度法测量方法便捷,且精确度也比较高,应当采用密度法测量泛解酸内酯结晶过程中的浓度。Crystallization supersaturation measurement is the precondition of crystallization kinetics study, in order to get an effective method of concentration (supersaturation) measurement for process. Considering the equipments, the comcentration was determined respectively D - Pantolactone crystallization by pressure difference method density method, spectrometry ,which was compared with the concentration through drying that accuracy of using the spectrometry for measuring was method. The results showed higher than the others. However, the density measurement method was more convenient, and had a higher accuracy. The measurement for D -Pantolactone crystallization process. density method was appropriate in the concentration
