解毒化瘀法合西药治疗干燥综合征51例

摘　　要：目的观察解毒化瘀法合西药治疗干燥综合征(sjgrens syndrome,SS)的临床疗效和安全性。方法将117例轻、中度SS患者随机分为对照组(硫酸羟氯喹+白芍总苷胶囊)、治疗组(硫酸羟氯喹+白芍总苷胶囊+解毒化瘀中药),进行为期3个月的治疗,观察两组治疗前后症状、体征及相关实验室指标的变化,并观察两组的不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为90.20%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05,vs 74.24%)。治疗后治疗组免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)、C-反应蛋白(C-reac-tive protein,CRP)、血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05,或P<0.01),对照组仅IgA、CRP、ESR显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组总不良反应发生率分别为11.76%、9.09%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论解毒化瘀法可提高西药治疗SS的临床疗效,且具有较高的安全性。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of detoxicating and stasis-resolving therapy combined with Western medicine treatment in patients with Sj0gren＇s syndrome （SS）. Methods A total of 117 patients with mild or moderate SS were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Both groups received hydroxychloroquine sulfate plus total glucosides of paeony capsules, and the treatment group received traditional Chinese medicines with detoxicating and stasis-resolving effects as an addition. The course of treatment was 3 months. The changes in symptoms, signs, and laboratory indices were e- valuated, and adverse events were observed. Results The treatment group had a significantly higher over- all response rate than the control group （90.20% vs 74.24%, P〈0.05）. After treatment, the treatment group showed significant decreases in immunoglobulin G level, immunoglobulin A （IgA） level, C-reactive protein （CRP） level, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, while the control group showed significant decreases in IgA level, CRP level, and ESR （P〈0.05）. The overall incidence of adverse events was 11. 76% in the treatment group, versus 9.09% in the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Detoxicating and stasis-resolving therapy can improve the clinical efficacy of Western medicine treatment in patients with SS and has a high safety.
