摘  要:目的采用气相色谱法测定白芥子挥发油中异硫氰酸烯丙酯的含量。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法进行挥发油提取,通过气相色谱法测定异硫氰酸烯丙酯含量。色谱柱:RTX-5毛细管柱(30m×0.53mm×3.0μm);进样口温度:230℃;检测器温度:260℃;载气为高纯氮气,流速为3ml/min;进样方式为分流进样,分流比为10∶1;进样量:2μl。结果异硫氰酸烯丙酯在10~100μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6);平均回收率为97.64%(RSD=2.39%)。结论本方法简单、灵敏、重复性好,可用于白芥子挥发油中异硫氰酸烯丙酯的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for determining the content of allyl isothioeyanate in the volatile oil from Semen Sinapis Albae by gas chromatography (GC). Methods Volatile oil was extracted from Semen Sinapis Albae by steam distillation. The content of allyl isothiocyanate in the volatile oil was determined by GC. The determination was carried out on capillary column RTX 5 (30m×0.53mm×3.0μm) ; the injector temperature and detector temperature were 230 ;C and 260℃, respectively; the carrier gas was high-purity nitrogen at a flow rate of 3 ml/min; split injection was adopted, with a split ratio of 10: 1; the injection volume was 2μl. ResuLts Allyl isothiocyanate had a good linear relationship between concentration and peak area in the concentration range of 10-100μg/ml (r=0. 999 6). The average recov ery rate was 97.64; (RSD=2.39;). Conclusion This GC method can be used for the content determi nation of allyl isothiocyanate in the volatile oil from Semen Sinapis Albae due to its simplicity, sensitivity, and good repeatability.
