摘  要:在数控铣削加工中,切削三要素对加工工件表面质量的影响很大。在加工时要满足零件加工表面质量的要求,必须选择切削三要素的最佳组合。采用正交组合试验设计分析铣削工艺参数对表面粗糙度的影响规律,按三因子五水平安排试验,利用Minitab软件响应曲面法对表面粗糙度进行回归系数及方差分析,建立表面粗糙度的回归模型;进行等值线和响应曲面图分析,对切削参数进行优化。通过试验分析,得出铣削工艺参数对表面粗糙度的影响规律,为铣削工艺参数的合理选择提供理论依据。In the NC milling, the three elements of cutting have a great influence on the surface quality. The optimum combina-tion of the three cutting elements must be chosen to meet the demands of the surface quality in parts processing. The influence law of milling process parameters on the surface roughness was analyzed by means of the orthogonal combination test design, adopting three factors five level test and using the response surface method of Minitab software, the analysis of variance and regression coefficient to the surface roughness was made and a regression model of the surface roughness was established. The isoline and response surface dia- gram were analyzed and the cutting parameters were optimized. Finally the influence law of the milling process parameters to the sur-face roughness was obtained. It provides theory basis for choosing the milling process parameters reasonably.
