汽车转向器调整圈数控钻孔专机的研制

摘　　要：主要介绍用于汽车动力转向器调整圈圆周孔加工的数控专机的研制。根据调整圈圆周孔加工工艺,对数控钻孔专机的整体结构、机床电气和数控系统进行研究,并编写了数控钻孔宏程序。现场加工证明:该机床运行可靠,加工质量稳定,达到了节约成本、简便操作的目的。A kind of special NC drilling machine for car steering gear＇ s regnlating ring was introduced. According to its process-ing technique, the machine＇ s overall structure, electric system and NC system were designed. A macroprogram of drilling was writ-ten. The on-site processing proves that the machine runs reliably and has stable product quality. So the aims of low cost and simple operation are reached.
