摘　　要：阐述双刀架双主轴立式多轴车削中心STAR-21ZP数控系统的主轴功能,包括主轴定向功能、S功能、恒线速度功能、切削倍率功能和C功能。该数控机床以摩托车制动盘为加工对象,应能够实现盘类零件的批量上料和下料。为了实现该功能,需要主轴具有定向功能。设计了独立型PLC模块作为该数控系统的主轴控制和辅助控制模块,采用指数曲线实现主轴快速任意定向功能。The spindle functions of STAR-21ZP NC system of twin-turret dual-spindle turning center were elaborated, including directional function, S function, constant linear velocity function, cutting ratio function and C function of the spindle. Motorcycle brake discs were processed in the NC machine tool. The bulk loading and unloading of disc components should be achieved. In order to achieve this function, the spindle was required directional function. Independent PLC modules were designed as the spindle control and auxiliary control modules of the CNC system. Arbitrary directional was realized by using the exponential curve.
