摘　　要：为了提高工业企业的设备作业率,以企业关键设备工业除尘风机为对象,提出了多元化维修管理方法。对多元化维修管理体系进行了研究,分析了维修工作计划、维修任务安排和维修任务工单的制定流程。在此基础上,阐述了工业除尘风机多元化维修管理的具体实施办法。应用情况表明所提出的方法达到了合理利用检修资源,降低维修成本的目的。In order to improve the operating rate of the equipment in industrial enterprises, the management approach of diversi- fied maintenance for the industrial dust blower of key equipment of enterprise as an object is proposed. The diversified maintenance management system was researched, and the work flows of the maintenance plans, the maintenance tasks and the maintenance sched-ules were analyzed. On this basis, the specific implementation of diversified maintenance management was illustrated. The applica-tion result shows the proposed approach reaches the purpose of using the maintenance resource rationally and reducing maintenance costs.
