姚氏线对AC-PC平面定位的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的 :确认姚氏线作为扫描基线对获得 AC— PC平面的临床价值。方法 :随机选择 15 0例次帕金森氏病的立体定向手术 ,分别以姚氏线、额枕线和与听眦线成向后开放 10°角线作为 CT定位扫描基线 ,获取轴位 AC— PC平面及目标核团平面影像。结果 :姚氏线作为扫描基线的 AC— PC平面直接显示率最高 (92 % ) ,与其它两组有非常显著的差别 (P<0 .0 1) ;并且姚氏线组的手术疗效也优于另两组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :姚氏线为国人理想的功能神经外科 CT立体定向定位扫描基线。Objective:To study the clinic significance of Yao's line as a sconning baseline in location of AC PC plane.Methods:150 stereotactic thalamotom and pallidotom were divided randomly into three groups as different scanning baseline,the group of Yao's line(n=50),the glabella-inion line (n=50) and the line which is backwardly open with an obique angle of 10° to the orbitomeatal line (n=50).CT scanning with a continuous series of 2 mm slice were performed from the scanning baseline as indicated above to the AC-PC plane and the target plane.Results:The rate of direct showing the AC-PC plane in Yao's line group is the highest in the three groups (P<0 01,χ 2 test),and the obvious improvement rate of original symptoms after surpery in Yao's line group is higher than other groups (P<0 05,χ 2 test) too.Conclusion:Yao's line is an excellent scanning baseline in the functional stereotaxy.
