摘  要:活性染料是目前按应用分类产、销量最大的染料,其染色后的废水也是公认最难处理的废水.离子膜电解法(I-EME)具有清洁、环保、高效等诸多优点,已广泛用于难降解废水的处理.本文采用离子膜电解法处理活性艳红K-2BP染料染色废水原液,在不改变实验装置,不对废水作任何处理的前提下,得出最佳工艺为电流密度40mA/cm2,电解时间15min,极距4cm,电解温度30℃左右室温,在此条件下,废水脱色率92.6%,COD去除率89.5%.Reactive dye is the dyestuff at present Which is the largest in production and sales accoding to the application classification. However, its dyeing wastewater is also recognized as the most difficult to treat The ion-exchange membrane electrolysis which has been widely used in the treatment of refractory wastewater has are many advantages such as clean,environmental protection,high efficiency and so on. In this paper, the true reactive brilliant red K-2BP dyeing wastewater is treated by ion-exchange membrane electrolysis process. Without any change in the experimental device and no treatment to wastewater, the optimum treatment process for this wastewater is the current density of 40 mA/cm2, electrolytic time of 15 min, electrode distance of 4cm, electrolysis temperature of 30℃ at room temperature. And under this condition, the decolorization rate of this wastewater is 92.6%, and the removal rate of COD is 89.5%.
