提高社会科学成果转化率的若干建议

摘　　要：社会科学和自然科学同等重要,社会科学成果转化和自然科学成果转化同等重要。要从思想观念、政策机制、项目规划、项目管理、宣传交流五个源头抓起,调动接受、生产、服务三方主体参与成果转化积极性和主动性,实现成果转化三个层次的良性互动,才能有效提高社会科学成果的转化率。Social science is as important as natural science, social science achievement transformation is also equally important to natural science achievements transformation. In order to improve the social scientific achievements transformated rate, five re- sources, those are thought idea, the policy mechanism, project planning, project management, publicity and communication trans- fer,should be snatched up and mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of three main parties in acceptance,production and service, only in this way, can we improve the transformed rate of social scientific achievements.
