摘　　要：目的探讨经络弹力袜对广泛性子宫切除术后膀胱功能恢复的效果。方法将60例广泛性子宫切除术后留置导尿l周以上的患者随机分为对照组30例和研究组30例。对照组采用拔管前定期夹管训练膀胱功能等妇科术后留置导尿常规护理，研究组在常规护理的基础上术后穿经络弹力袜。比较两组患者尿潴留、尿路感染的发生率和留置尿管的时间。结果研究组尿潴留及尿路感染发生率分别为6．67％，10．00％，对照组尿潴留及尿路感染的发生率分别为30．00％，33．33％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（x2值分别为5．45，4．81；P〈0．05）；研究组患者平均留置导尿管天数为（9．15±2．03）d，对照组为（10．97±3．38）d，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=2．55，P〈0．05）。结论广泛性子宫切除术后患者穿经络弹力袜能促进膀胱功能恢复，降低尿潴留及尿路感染的发生率。Objective To explore the serf-made meridian compression stocking to extensive hysterectomy patients with bladder function recovery. Methods Sixty patients who received retained urethral catheterization for more than 1 week after extensive hysterectomy were randomly divided into control group （n = 30） and experimental group （n = 30）. The control group received bladder training by intermittent catheter clamping before catheter removal as routine nursing care for retained urethral catheterization after gynaeeologic surgery. While the experimental group, on the basis of conventional nursing, serf-made meridian compression stocking was adopted. Then, the urinary retention and urinary tract infection incidence, the time of urinary catheter were observed and compared. Results Urinary retention and urinary tract infection rate respectively were 6.67% and 10.00% in the experimental group, and respectively were 30.00% and 33.33% in control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ X2 = 5.45,4.81 ; P 〈 0. 05 ）. Indwelling catheter days comparison were （9.15 ± 2.03）d in the experimental group and （10.97 ± 3.38 ）d in the control group, with significant difference（t = 2. 55, P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions Extensive hysterectomy patients wearing self-made meridian compression stocking can promote bladder functional recovery, and reduce urinary retention and urinary tract infection incidence.
