摘　　要：目的探讨病房床头标识牌的临床应用效果。方法床头标识牌应用于临床8个月后，采用患者或医务人员对床头标识牌评价调查问卷，分别选择住院患者105例和医务人员63名对使用效果进行调查。问卷的Cronbach’sα值为0．504，整体信度较好，问卷内容和研究目的具有较好相关性。结果回收有效患者调查问卷103份和有效医务人员问卷63份。患者对床头标识牌问卷条目认可度最高为100．oo％，最低为87．37％；医务人员对床头标识牌问卷条目认可度最高为98．41％，最低为76．19％。结论床头标识牌将患者病情及护理问题直观地进行提示，促进了护理措施有针对性地落实到实处，加强了医护患三者之间沟通，规范了临床护理管理。Objective To study the application effect of signs over hospital beds. Methods Que- stionnaire was used to investigate 105 inpatients and 63 medical staff 8 months after the application of signs over hospital beds. Cronbach＇ s of the questionnaire was 0. 504 with favorable reliability. And content of the questionnaire had good relativity with the study objective. Results Totals of 103 valid questionnaires for inpatients and 63 valid questionnaires for medical staff were retrieved. The highest patient＇ s recognition of the questionnaire item was 100.00% while the lowest was 87.37%. The highest medical staff＇ s recognition of the questionnaire item was 98.41% while the lowest was 76. 19%. Conclusions Signs over hospital bed can visually reflect patients＇ condition and nursing issues, promote the fulfillment of direct nursing measures, strength communication among doctors, nurses and patients, and regulate clinical nursing management.
