吡哌酸锌对大鼠胃液分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨吡哌酸锌对大鼠胃酸、胃蛋白酶活性、胃壁粘液分泌的影响。方法　Wistar大鼠5 0只 ,体重 2 2 2± 11g ,随机分成 5组。各组分别灌胃 0 .5 %羧甲基纤维素钠、5 %西米替丁和 3个剂量组的吡哌酸锌 ,每天 1次 ,连续 6d后 ,结扎幽门 ,手术后 5h处死大鼠 ,取出胃液和胃 ,测定大鼠胃酸、胃蛋白酶活性和胃壁粘液的分泌。结果　吡哌酸锌能降低胃液量、减少胃总酸排出量 (P <0 .0 1)与抑制胃蛋白酶活性 ,也能显著增加胃壁粘液的分泌 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　吡哌酸锌能使胃粘膜损伤因素减弱 ,保护因素增强。Objective To research the effects of zinc pipenidate(PPA-Zn)on the gastrie acid,pepsin activity and mucus of gastric wall in rat.Methods Fifty Wistar rats weighing 222±11g were randomly divided into 5 groups.The 0.5%sodium cellothyll carboxymethylcellulose( CMC),5%cimetidine and three doses of PPA- Zn were given by ig, respectively. once a day ,for 6 days. Then the pylorus of rats were ligated,5h later rats were killed and the gastric juice and the stomach were collected to measure the volume of gastric acidity,pepsin activity and mucus of gactric wall.Result In companed with CMC control group,PPA-Zn could decrease the quantity of the gastric juice , total acid output and pepsin activity, increase sinificantly secretion of mucus of gaetric well(P<0. 001) . Conclusion PPA- Zn could decrease the injery factor and increase the protective factors of gastric mucous.
